Childconnect payment is not refundable if a lifebook album is already processed for the birth mother. If no Lifebook was created, then the amount is refundable after deducting $150 towards the setup fee.

The service includes:

- Create 54 Albums
- Upload 100 photos per album.
- Upload videos
